The Rotary Club of Madras Mount 1st KCF International FIDE Rating organized by King Chess Foundation at loyala college from 26.12.2009 to 31.12.2009. for rating below 2200 finished today.
Hari Balu .V final year student of St. Joseph’s college of Engineering, chennai (TN), clinched the title. In the final and 11th round he beat Vasantha Ruba Varman.
